TASTE
It has a mild flavor of lemon, a sweet earthiness, and then subtle grassy notes, and a very tiny cayenne tingle at the tip of the tongue. Prepared as a hot matcha beverage it’s lemon forward with a lightly sweet earthiness – like melon rind – and a pleasant, lingering, grassy finish.
AROMA
The aroma out of the pouch is light, sweet, and grassy; with a hint of citrus and salty sea air. Once brewed, the aroma is fresh and dewy, like sitting on a hot rock bed at the rivers edge with the sun shining down; the river lightly spraying you with its cool water as it passes.
COLOR
The matcha powder is a medium shade of bright green, and has a silky look and feel.
