Prepare the pudding a few days ahead, and serve them with several topping options. It’s a fun way to offer a healthy breakfast or snack for your family. Enjoy both Matcha and Hojicha Chia Pudding!
Matcha Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
4 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Matcha Powder
1 tbsp Lucuma Powder
Pinch Sea Salt
1¼ cups Milk of your choice, unsweetened (we used almond milk)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- Mix Chia Seeds, Matcha, Lucuma powder, and salt in a 32 oz mason jar. Close the lid, shake well.
- Add Milk, Maple syrup, and Vanilla extract. Close the lid, and shake well for 15 seconds. Leave it for a few minutes, and shake again. Repeat for the next 15 minutes or so, until Chia seeds start to expand and the liquid starts to solidify.
- Keep it overnight in the fridge, while pudding continues to get firmer. (Note: We made 2 batches in a 32 oz mason jar.)
Hojicha Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
