Prepare the pudding a few days ahead, and serve them with several topping options. It’s a fun way to offer a healthy breakfast or snack for your family. Enjoy both Matcha and Hojicha Chia Pudding!

Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

4 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Matcha Powder

1 tbsp Lucuma Powder

Pinch Sea Salt

1¼ cups Milk of your choice, unsweetened (we used almond milk)

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix Chia Seeds, Matcha, Lucuma powder, and salt in a 32 oz mason jar. Close the lid, shake well.

  2. Add Milk, Maple syrup, and Vanilla extract. Close the lid, and shake well for 15 seconds. Leave it for a few minutes, and shake again. Repeat for the next 15 minutes or so, until Chia seeds start to expand and the liquid starts to solidify.
  3. Keep it overnight in the fridge, while pudding continues to get firmer. (Note: We made 2 batches in a 32 oz mason jar.)

Hojicha Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Hojicha Powder

1 tbsp Lucuma Powder
