• Pear juice
  • Cold pressed sunflower, canola or safflower oil
  • White wine vinegar or Japanese Vinegar
  • 1 – 2 tsp. maple syrup


  1. Mix equal amounts of pear juice, cold pressed sunflower, canola or safflower oil and white wine vinegar or Japanese vinegar
  2. Serve over spinach or romaine lettuce, with chopped pears or apples sprinkled with crumbled goat or feta cheese
  3. Optional: small cranberry bits and slivered toasted almonds
