Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Chicken soup
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1 medium sweet or candy Onion
  • 2 c fresh String beans
  • 1 c Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1-2 c Chicken or Turkey, cooked
  • 1/4 tsp. Edible Green® ground green tea or MATCHA
  • 1 c Goat cheese
  • 1 c Rice milk or soy milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour, rice flour, cornstarch or tapioca flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 c French fried onion crisps

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 375º F
  2. In a greased casserole, add in the order: · ½ of can cream of chicken soup · potatoes, very thinly sliced · very thinly sliced onion · string beans (preferably steamed slightly before adding) · shiitake mushrooms, sliced · chicken or turkey meat (any part will do), cut into bite size
  3. Then, add on top · Edible Green® ground green tea or Matcha mixed in with ½ of cream of chicken soup · goat cheese, crumbled · rice milk or soy milk mixed with flour, rice flour, cornstarch, or tapioca flour · butter, cut up into small pieces and dropped evenly
  4. Bake all for 45 minutes, check to see if potatoes are done
  5. Top with 1/4 c French fried Onion Crisps
  6. Bake 5 minutes more
