Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 c Fresh Italian Parsley, washed and dried
  • 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. Edible Green® green tea powder
  • 3 Tbsp. Pine nuts or walnuts
  • 1 tsp. grated Lemon zest
  • 1/8 c Lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 medium sized Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 c Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil
  • Sea salt & ground mixed peppercorns

Directions

  1. Layer in blender as listed above.
  2. Mix until smooth and give it a taste test to see if anymore of the above is needed.
  3. Chill and serve with your favorite pasta.

Yield: about 1 cup
