This recipe is
taken from Smart Comfort with Edible
Green Recipe Collection.
3 eggs, room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon and 2 teaspoon Edible Green
3/4 cup flour
2 Tablespoon brandy
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped cream
1. Line
a 13 X 9 baking sheet with waxed paper.
2. Beat 3 eggs and 1 cup sugar until
smooth and creamy. Add 1 Tablespoon
Edible Green and mix well. Sift in 3/4
cup flour and mix just until moistened.
3. Pour batter onto the prepared baking
sheet. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
Bake in a 350 F oven 13 to 15 minutes.
4. Turn cake out onto a towel sprinkled
with mixture of 2 teaspoon Edible Green
and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Remove the
waxed paper.
5. Brush the top surface and sides with
brandy.
6. Spread 1 cup whipped cream within
2 inches of edges.
7. lifting one long side of the towel,
roll the cake so the both ends meet.
Press sothe both ends seal together.
8. Wrapped in the towel, chill about
1 hour.
