This recipe is taken from Smart Comfort with Edible Green™ Recipe Collection.

2 Tablespoons salt
4 oz dried spaghetti
6 slices bacon—crispy fried and crumbled
2 Tablespoons tea oil / olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 teaspoon Edible Green


1. Boil 6 cups water. Stir in 2 Tablespoons salt and 4 oz dried spaghetti. Cook 10 minutes till still slightly firm.

2. While spaghetti is cooking, in a skillet, heat 2 Tablespoons te
a oil / olive oil, 6 crumbled bacon pieces, and 2 cloves chopped garlic over medium heat until garlic starts to be slightly brown and fragrant.

3. Add 1/4 cup pine nuts to the skillet and heat about 2 minutes while stirring.

4. Drain spaghetti; save the hot water. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Cook until well coated. If spaghetti is still too firm, add some of the saved hot water gradually till spaghetti is just right.

5. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Edible Green over spaghetti, and toss well.
