Finely ground (just like flour) green tea powder, Edible Green tea is so easy to make--just put 1/8 tsp. powder into a cup (one scoop with measuring spoon included inside of each package) and add 8 oz of water, hot or cold. Edible Green is finely ground Sencha powder--"Sencha" green tea has the highest amount antioxidants among all the green teas. When you drink Edible Green, you consume all the nutritions available from "Sencha." None of the flavor or benefit is thrown away, and the tea is faster and easier to make.
You can also use Edible Green as an “herb” and consume with food. Simply sprinkle and/or mix with food like yogurt, dip, popcorn, etc., or include in baking or cooking recipes to provide subtle, refreshing flavor, natural pale-green color, and health advantages.
