roasted over 22 hours under strictly controlled conditions.
Constant, delicate care, during the all day long roasting
process creates a non-oxidized brown rice charcoal.
This artisan creation has not only crisp, nutty, toasted
flavor, like intense dark cocoa, but also enhanced nutritional
benefits of brown rice.

Step
1:
"Unforgettable" flavor starts with quality
of the brown rice.
Right
after harvest, brown rice is stored under temperature
controlled conditions until roasted.
Scientific study shows this storage technique not
only maintains freshness, but also enhances amino
acids in rice and makes the rice more flavorful.
Brown rice is not roasted until ready for packaging
to ensure freshness and no oxidation.

Step
2:
Preparation for roasting-- soak brown rice in activated
pure water a while, and drain well.
Then
experienced artisans roast for 22 hours with TLC.
