1. By completing the Autoship information on this Agreement, I authorize Sei Mee Tea to ship the product(s) I have selected with the frequency specified above. Sei Mee Tea is under no obligation to ship products if the authorized credit card is closed or over limit. Sei Mee Tea may, at its sole discretion and with prior notice to you, modify or terminate this autoship program.

2. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: I authorize Sei Mee Tea to withdraw payment for my Autoship order from my credit card identified in this agreement. Sei Mee Tea is authorized to withdraw payment equal only to the amount specified. I have the right to have the amount of any erroneous withdrawal credited back to my account as soon as reasonably possible and upon proper notification to Sei Mee Tea. I shall hold Sei Mee Tea harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful charge to my account.

3. CHANGES: Change to my Autoship Order can be made via regular mail, phone, fax, or email to Sei Mee Tea. Changes must be submitted to at least one (1) business day prior to the scheduled shipment date. Sei Mee Tea reserves the right to change product prices and/or shipping & handling charges but must notify me to obtain agreement prior to shipment.

4. TERM: This Agreement remains in effect until I alter or cancel this agreement via regular mail, phone, fax, or email to Sei Mee Tea. Notice of cancellation must be received one (1) business day before your next shipment date in order to avoid charges.
